Structured Family Caregiving
SFC is a caregiving service arrangement in which a waiver participant lives with caregiver.
  • SFC Level One: 1-20 hours/week
  • SFC Level Two: 21-40 hours/week
  • SFC Level Three: 41+ hours/week
  • Caregiver serves as family member, spouse, parents.
